The so-called distributed photovoltaic power generation, is close to the electricity end to spontaneously occupied mainly small-scale power generation mode. The distributed power generation is widely used abroad. In Germany, photovoltaic power generation has accounted for 4% of its electricity use, The distributed power generation of photovoltaic installed capacity accounting for more than 50%. Now many residents of the roof can be installed photovoltaic power generation, and also makes it easy to sell surplus electricity to the power grid company.But in China, distributed generation has been largely restricted. This spontaneous own use distributed photovoltaic power generation and network costs are extremely high that  because of the grid difficulties.

Decentralized access to the low voltage distribution network, the acquisition of surplus electricity; waive all distributed PV project system spare capacity fee in full in accordance with the national policy to support distributed photovoltaic power generation

         Shi Lishan, the National Energy Board thinks that the current distributed photovoltaic power generation to face two major constraints.First,the cost is still high. At present the country mainly USES the investment subsidies and raised online electricity price policy. The current support policy is still not perfect, but the overall construction of photovoltaic power generation has taken important steps, and  achieved remarkable results. The enthusiasm of enterprises to invest in and use of photovoltaic power generation has been mobilized.Another restriction is electric power system in the management system of some limitations. The power system is built from power management considerations, unidirectional flow of current from the power station to the user's. So it is not suited to a large number of methods to establish a distributed management,and the lack of distributed power management legal system . This is an important reason for the development of our distributed generation.
