To use offline monitoring, both Microphone or tablet terminal and Wifikit should connect inside a common LAN. The terminal sends a UDP broadcast to the LAN, and as soon as it receives the broadcast, the Wifikit will sends back the IP address and Serial Number (SN). Then the terminal and WiFikit set up TCP connection according to the IP address sent back and get data of inverters via the connection. Therefore, without network, you can also remotely monitor your WiFikit equipment and save network traffic. The monitoring data is more Intuitive and rich. Without relying on external network makes LAN’s speed faster. It can be said that using offline monitoring can enjoy all the same rich functions compared with the network mode. When using offline monitoring, just searching the WiFi list and setting up TCP connection, the detailed data will be obtained and showed friendly. Then you can monitor your inverters anytime and anywhere without external network.
